Reserved a room two weeks prior and when I was almost there they call me and tell me my room is no longer available. Do not recommend, staff is very unprofessional.

Don’t bother After 10 you have to wait for someone to drive to the hotel to help you. So it took over an hour to check in and then they couldn’t find the reservation which was already paid for. The bed was dirty and the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The outside of the hotel looks nice but inside it’s just ghetto and dirty.

Trash They did not have the room we booked online. The bathroom did not work. The room smelt like trash!

Room was not ready at check in at 6PM. No pillows on bed when checked in. Shower floor cracked. Mattress was stiff as a board.

Hotel is extended stay type. serious renovations ongoing while stay. Flooring being replaced smells of glue and paint Loud occupants-slamming doors problems with power and room key cards staff was helpful and pleasant a plus
