Only because I had to go to spring training Even though I had made a non-smoking room reservation on Orbitz, the hotel assigned me a smoking room. A terrible, nasty-smelling room. You would wretch when you step off the elevator onto the 4th floor, the smoking floor, and then you would wretch again when you step from the hallway into the room where all the smoking happens. This place is disgusting. Orbitz, you owe me a refund for brokering a hotel reservation where the hotel can simply renege on the terms of the reservation.... read more

middle of nowhere, towels and bed change extra $ middle of nowhere. view of dirt and freeway. clean towels will cost you $10, bed change $25. no pool. not a vacation spot.

Did not get room requested and it sound like there was construction above our room . Also did not get good reception on our tv.

The "DORM"!!!! This is DORM room! There are snowflakes plastered on the window. In the picture on the web there was a couch, that was missing. The twin bed for both of us was over the top uncomfortable. The two plastic chairs were uncomfortable. The toilet leaked. On the shelf for the towels was written "Tony❤Nicole". There was no shampoo. There WAS a bar of soap. In the kitchenet there were no pots pans or utensils. We spent more than we wanted to on food. The complaints fell on uncaring ears.

Horrible place! Small room. Wierd bed. Could smell the odor of marijuana throughout the hallway. Trying to sleep and fire truck and ambulance parked outside my window at 12:30 AM. Then 2 idiots arguing right outside my window at 6 AM. Went to take my shower in the morning and looked like the shower curtain had blood on it. Went to check out at almost 8 AM, and no one was in the office to voice my complaints, would live to get a refund.

Nothing was clean it was a bad experience Very un friendly staff no one was there to help after 12:00 my shower wasn’t working so it smiled so bad

So noisy for on the 101 freeway I didn't sleep! 101 freeway is too close; cars sounds all night. I didn't sleep. How do you have a hotel with a fridge and stove but no pots, pans, not even a fork?! Never again!!!! Totally stupid.
