Location is the Only Plus Staff made me feel like it was a hassle to check me in. Entire corridors stank like stale cigarettes. Cabinets in room still full of food from previous guests. Build up on all the faucets. No shampoo. Will not return.

Expedia and your place is false advertising and because of your mistake you wont give me my money back your service and place is terrible and not a place i will ever be staying again its sad that a motel 6 is better than you

Do not stay here The hotel room appeared clean but the room reaked of cigarette smells as soon as I opened the door.

The worst of the worst. I really dont have the time or energy to explain how poor this place is. Read all the other reviews they are exactly as they state. Dont waste your money staying here.

Frustraded The hotel was terrible. Tried checking in twice(on time) but front desk said the room wasnt ready. Of all the years booking online we have never not had the room we paid for. Assistance was rude and did not care about our non-smoking specification as they kept offering a smoking two bed room. They also lied saying that they had to clean the room first but it was never available in the first place. We ended up waiting for about 1 hr and did not get the room with two beds because it was "first come first serve." We ... read more

Sink isnt draining. Bad costumer service. The room smells like a guy sweating that came out of the gym. No couch bed like the last time. No new toilet paper.

They ripped us off We never got a room yet they still charged me and wouldn’t give a refund!! I was there looking for our missing son and since they would not give me my money back we couldn’t even afford another hotel to stay in!!! So I keep asking them and they won’t. They wouldn’t give us a room either so the are a very bad hotel. I ended up sick and everything & they just steal people’s money!!
