Overran with Bedbugs We checked in and left a few hours later after we took a shower and found our towels covered with bedbugs. We then pulled the covers back on the bed and found them crawling all over the bed. The front desk was not shocked in the least when we told them and demanded a refund.

The beds were lumpy and springs. I had to sleepat the foot of the bed. It was like sleeping on a swayback horse.

4 day stay with 2 days of no air condition. First two days we had no air conditioning. Need more personnel on sight. Employees were working front desk, cleaning rooms, trying to fix ac. We checked in on Thursday had no air and maintenance man wouldn't be back til Monday morning. Couldn't switch rooms till Saturday because they were filled up. Employees were friendly and as helpful as could be, but are understaffed.

Don't stay here I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned for our safety, we ended up leaving early and finding a new hotel.

Bare bones It was not what we expected, this is more of a long stay hotel then a vacation spot . Bring your own stuff, coffee maker, pots pans plates forks and spoons . The tv left much to be desired, the stations on the guide were not the stations on the tv. The best to be said was that it was clean. The last straw was someone cooking fish on our floor. Not a good ride down the elevator with that aroma emitting on your senses .

wouldn't stay there again requested non smoking room. they did not have a non smoking available. In fact the whole floor was smoking rooms It was late no idea where else to go

Never again! The first room they gave me was not clean! Someone's dirty socks, pen, and notes, were under the bed, and there was hair on the bed comforter! So they apologized and put me in another room. That room had hair on the bed! So the manager took 30 minutes to personally clean the room. I really would have preferred a new, clean room. I took the room, once cleaned, because there were no rooms that weekend, due to Spring Training in Peoria. The room was facing the freeway and very noisy! Never again Have to pay extra for towels. Unknown odors in room and hallway. Outside trash was over filled for 2 days. Stained bed sheets.

THE WORST RUN NEVER stay here! The bed felt like an air mattress over blown up on one side and flat on the other. The pillows were like rolled of socks and it smelled too. NO ice machine, iron, closet, tissues, shampoo, coffee. This is the WORST place I've ever been. Would of left but had somewhere to be at a certain time and by the time we got back to hotel it was late.
