Hotel was closer to location but not worth it. First of all, this hotel claims that it is a smoke free area. That is most certainly not true. I say this because the elevator smells like cigarettes and the hallways are baked completely. The blonde girl was very nice at the desk but the other lady at night was rude to my guests that were with me. I left that hotel and went back to original hotel. Good location, but the service was lousy. The hotel could not provide a 1 hour early check in, probably do to their lack of staffing. I could NOT GET ANY CLEAN TOWELS after my first of three nights I stayed there. I was forced to wash my own. They did offer to wash them for a fee. In will NEVER GO BACK. DONE!!

Our stay It was loud, lots of police activity in and out. Matienence person made me feel uncomfortable. Smells awful. When I got there they didn’t have my special requests ready and put my two infants in a smoking room when I requested non- so I had to make a big deal and show them in my reservation where I put non smoking and then the room they moved us too didn’t even have a shower curtain. In the requests I also needed a crib or pack and for my baby to sleep in. They didn’t have one. so I had to have a family member drop ... read more
Some issues Multiple Police officers were coming in at 4 when I checked in and were also in my hall at 1 am when I returned from a concert. My key did not work on outside door or my room when I returned. I called 500 on the phone as instructed , but no on picked up. Had to wait for another guest to come along and let me in. No soap in the room. Mattress slid all around and felt uneven. The smoke alarm battery was going out so it was flashing all night.
The whole floor smelled and I found little black bugs in the bed
