Horrible experience, building is super old smells bad, cero maintenance, bed blanket had holes all over the place due to cigar burns, the room smelled bad

First impressions looking from the outside the area looked unsafe dirty. as you enter reception is small and it looked dirty even behind the reception area. The big lady at the front was rude but I was already feeling a certain way about the hotel. A bad way. As we were checking in she made me go get my husband because requested his ID as well. Felt like a prison halfway house. Front desk people were super, but with the number of obvious ex-cons coming in and out and the people hanging around (including one shooting heroin in the back parking lot and another couple copulating in a dark corner of the parking lot) it became evident that this hotel is something of a halfway house for recently released inmates or something. Cannot recommend this place.

Room was very dirty. All that was available was a smoking room when i arrived even though i had reserved a non-smoking room. Smell of pot knocked you down when you stepped into the hallway on the 3rd floor. Ftont desk was courteous.

I don't understand how a mattress can be that small and say it fits two people. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom and the tile in the bathroom was raised up because of water damage. It was very obvious. They provide nothing to you like other hotels do in your room, everything is old & tv small. They need to really raise the bar here. Personally I will never stay there again. How can you expect people to want that or to get quality people there?

Room didn't have a lamp, no toilet paper, smell of mildew and restroom floor needed replacing. trash outside, containers needed emptying.
