Disgusting!!! READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. This place has no lobby. You walk through the door and there's a phone and a roll up window. You're instructed to call 500 from the phone and someone will help you. Our roof was next to the 2nd floor elevator and all night we heard the "ding" of the elevator and a guy whistle from down the hall and shout " Your woman is down here!" The place is a DUMP, full of homeless in the parking lot and used primarily by Pimps. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!!

The room was o.k., It had a refrigerator, microwave and stove, but there was nothing to cook with or any plates, utensils, etc. could not have cooked anything if I was going to. Also, the tv remote was not working and I called down to the desk to ask if there was anything that could be done about that, maybe the batteries or something. The desk clerk told me that it would have to wait until the next day. That of course did not help me any. I mentioned this to the day person the next day. Sad Very sad to have a hotel with a great potential thrown away. Sketchy people coming in and out of the hotel, and very noisy at night. I was woken up at 2 am with very loud noises like moving furniture around and dropping things for an hour. People selling things out in the parking lot, that I am sure were not legal. Hotel looked very nice and has a great potential, it just needs a little security.

they rent as a hotel but is extended stay no towels, no ashtray in smoking room, no shampoo, vending machine only takes cash

The staff was very rude !!! We arrived at 3 am and no one was there to give us our key...the place smelt horrible and finally but not least the employees did not even act like they want to work there !!! Time for new staff if u ask me ....

This is APARTMENT style. Not HOTEL or MOTEL. Terrible, no shampoo, dirty towers, no WIFI, no staff before 8:00am and after 10:00pm.

Not what it seemed. Not what I expected. In short the bathroom was not not cleaned well. There was hair in the sink. Bath mat looked as if it's been used; it was damp. Soap was small. Made me question if the bed wasn't clean too.

Good location. Needs much improvement! The lobby is just a hallway with a window that's closed at night. If you need something they don't always answer the phone. There was no soap in the room and I had to go down to the office in the stinky elevator(like smoke and who knows what else) because they wouldn't answer the phone. I asked for soap and the gal said they don't have any, they ran out. Also, there are NO dishes, pots, pans and silverware in their kitchen units.
