I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time).
