I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time). I needed a place to sleep one night while waiting for my new mattress to be delivered. ESA was comfortable and quiet. I’d stay again.

Staff is super nice. They always helpful. I definitely stay again and recommend this hotel. Stay there for a month and it was very very good option.
