Disappointing I disliked this hotel. The fitness center & treadmill that it advertised did not work properly. That was the main reason why I selected it over other similar hotels. Also, I found bugs in the room. Will never stay here again.
Total disappointment Arrived to extensive trash in the parking lot. Get into room and find that it has no utensils in the kitchen, not even a coffee pot. No wastebasket anywhere in the room to put soap wrappers or any other trash. Get undressed for bed and pull out the sofa to find it has no linens, requiring me to redress, pick stuff up from the desk, and make the bed myself. Horrible smell in the room and the hotel. They say free breakfast, there was nothing besides bad coffee and some oranges. Most of the lamps/lights did not work in the room, it was dark and dingy at best.
Close to airport. No "free" shuttle as was advertised. Overcharged for ride to airport that was supposed to be free. No continental breakfast. Unable to get water/drinks from drink machine. Staff could not give me directions to hotel. Not very knowledgeable.

Sorry I didn't do more research Horrible experience. It was part of an Expedia bundle and I had to make plans quickly so I grabbed the bundle. Elevator didn't work, toilet ran all night, Had to wait almost an hour for the "free airport shuttle service", "Grab and Go" breakfast was coffee, instant grits, and granola bars. Big picture of fresh fruit on the wall...I asked where the fresh fruit is....was told they were "out". Think twice before staying here i was staying at this facility while I attended my son's college graduation. The facility was very disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the accommodations were subpar. The lobby needed sweeping, all three days I was there. The common area carpet needed cleaning. Although the bed linens were clean, the carpet needed vacuuming, the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, and desk surfaces needed wiping. Bare essentials. Few towels and soap. Dirty carpets, drippy faucet and toilet. At least staff did get us pillowcases.
disappointed There are 3 extended stay America's within a close proximity to each other. It took 3 to find it. No continental breakfast...I suppose I should have known with it being an extended stay...also, no towel, bed service...disappointing
