Never Again The room had a kitchen with no dishes, after calling the front desk for an hour, I walked downstairs. Front Desk girl said she had gave all the pots, pans and dishes to other guest. I had to go out & buy pots and pans. The stove didn't work in the room. We switched room, the bathtub leaked in the new room. Nice pool area with a grill but no tables or chairs out there, so you can't really enjoy the area. I was very disappointed, wish I could get my money back

Never will i return It was awful from the beginning. Hotel smelled, garbage everywhere. You had to request new towels, dishes etc. Strange people in the parking. I felt unsafe. Front desk was awful and so was the take n go breakfast they shouldn't even offer it.

Pool had mold. Laundry facilities were broken and not working correctly. Staff were very friendly.

We spend about an hour cleaning the kitchen the table and sink were dirty . I had to call front desk to get items that should have been in the room. And check in was 3pm. When it's states early check in on website unless it cleans refer to all there location. Won't be going back there ever.

"Extended Stay - I'll Say" I stayed 3 nights at this location and found the hotel and room conditions satisfactory. However, I was quite surprised to see that multiple families appeared to be living at this hotel. I understand that people need extended stay accommodations for various reasons, but being a female traveling alone found this somewhat intimidating. I was approached by one of the family members who asked for "small change" and by another one who asked if he could "holla" at me. Guests were hanging out in the park... read more

Room service didnt clean my room not one time and I stayed 3 nights. We needed clean towels and the front desk told me to bring the dirty ones down and and I had to come get clean ones. I felt like I worked there because anything I needed I had to go to the front desk to get myself.

Needs maintenance I purchased a double room, when I got there the air conditioner did not work. They did not have any more doubles so I had to down grade to a single bedroom. The air conditioner was not all that great in the other room. I did receive a 10% discount but they need to do better maintenance in there rooms.
