Business Trip Everything worked, and the manager on duty was helpful in answering my questions. However, walls and ceilings are 'thin' and soundproofing should be added. (No left turn from Driveway onto Broad St.) But still a great location in the West End, with lots of Restaurants around, as well as a quiet location, away from traffic. Curtains need to be replaced, too long for size of window. HVAC unit underneath blows curtains.

I don't know what the situation was with other guests , but they were much too loud at times. Also a woman entering or leaving alone may be made to feel uneasy by comments made by the type of guests you cater to. I understand that it is a hotel mainly used by out of towners and other work crews but perhaps the insertion of a security officer will help. The room itself was fine except for the weird smell throughout the hall but they may have been someone's food. All and all I would stay there again but it wouldn't be my first... read more

Very good (Price and Location) Stay at this hotel made me feel like home away from home,have every thing that I need.
