Long Weekend Vacation with Family All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and having a kitchen was great. The breakfast bar was well stocked and provided us with a quick bite to eat and a hot cup of coffee. This is not the newest or fanciest hotel in town but it was perfect for what we needed it for. I would stay there again.

Why Smoke coming in vents I was in a non smoking room but at about 10:30 at night a blast of smoke came in the vents. As I came in later It was not until the third night I got the full force of it. It was very bad! The front desk personal were very helpful and pleasent.

close to school I did not like the fact that no one came to do room service and I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels.
Business Trip Everything worked, and the manager on duty was helpful in answering my questions. However, walls and ceilings are 'thin' and soundproofing should be added. (No left turn from Driveway onto Broad St.) But still a great location in the West End, with lots of Restaurants around, as well as a quiet location, away from traffic. Curtains need to be replaced, too long for size of window. HVAC unit underneath blows curtains.
I don't know what the situation was with other guests , but they were much too loud at times. Also a woman entering or leaving alone may be made to feel uneasy by comments made by the type of guests you cater to. I understand that it is a hotel mainly used by out of towners and other work crews but perhaps the insertion of a security officer will help.
