I don't know what the situation was with other guests , but they were much too loud at times. Also a woman entering or leaving alone may be made to feel uneasy by comments made by the type of guests you cater to. I understand that it is a hotel mainly used by out of towners and other work crews but perhaps the insertion of a security officer will help. Studio One In Richmond VA The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was courteous and helpful. On the downside there was no breakfast that I understood there to be when I booked with Hotels.com and the TV was an antique. Overall for the convenience and cleanliness that this hotel offered I would stay there again.
