Studioplus Innsbrook, Richmond VA Check-in was quick and efficient, luggage cart was readily available and elevator was operating. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of my studio room and the full kitchen amenities for the low price! Even though I heard a lot of children and talking behind closed doors coming down the hall, I could not hear them once I got into my room. The queen bed was firm and comfortable and I checked it for signs of bedbugs - none! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Decent bare bones facility This is a bare bones facility. Don't expect star levels, and there may be strange smells--but the rooms are decent and seem relatively clean. Offer full kitchens and cable with showtime for a very decent amount

Good for short stay The hotel was good. It was located near my office so that helped. Room service and the hotel folks were courteous. This also has a good internet better than many other hotels. TV has very few channels and kitchen didnt have dish cleaner so we had to buy one

Fantastic hotel Great place to stay not far from race track which is why we where there friendly staff over all great place and shopping wasn't far either

Don't pay for internet They charged us a fee for their internet, which I am pretty sure was just one 56k line shared across the entire hotel. So if you need to do work online during your stay, you may want to find a different hotel. The kitchen is a nice addition but it wasn't very clean and neither were the included dishes. The shower head was awesome. I think it outputs 5 gallons a second. If you're a hippy, this might be a negative, but I liked it.

Great hotel on a budget! We stayed after a Christmas party that was up the street from the hotel. For the price we paid it was nice. Rooms are large and have everything you need. It's not a fancy hotel but I was pleased. We are staying there again in a couple of weeks.

Great Hotel for the Price Rooms met our expectations for the concert we attended. I include the following comments for the hotel's benefit. 1. We had a group of 4 rooms, 214,216,207, and 204. In there of the rooms the occupants, awaken by the refrigerator, During the cooling cycle, it sound like a little boy walking down the street with a stick hitting a picket fence. Set up for longer stays The hotel was clean, the room was nice, but obviously set up for long term stays. I would highly recommend to travelers that stay for a week or more. The desk clerk was nice and considerate, even offering to call in a few minutes to make sure we had everything we needed.
