My only complaint is the location. It sits back off the road. The sign needs to be more in a location, where it can be seen before you pass it.

Good stay Hotel is a good bargain and convenient, price and location wise. Located on Broad Street with plenty of food choices close by. Front desk was very helpful, gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room. Quiet on a Friday night. Clientele includes some contractors and construction workers so not very upscale if that's what you're looking for. Room was clean enough, not immaculate. Shower water warm, not hot, but good enough in the summer.

Not impressed I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel room considering the nightly rate so I wasn't disappointed with the room itself. However, I also wasn't expecting an enormous amount of trash piled up in the hallway but that is what I got. Being in a first floor room with a window that actually opened was a little disconcerting, especially given the other clientele I witnessed when checking in.

SP Extented Stay in Glen Allen, VA I was apprehensive about stay at this hotel once I realized it was an ES hotel. My past experience with ES hotels are the pits, they had smoked filled halls/ rooms and sticky smells, and once I enter the rooms to my discover it needed cleaning. The SP Extended Stay Hotel was totally different, The check-in/out was super fast. It offered a stove with oven and apartment size refirgerator. Studioplus Innsbrook, Richmond VA Check-in was quick and efficient, luggage cart was readily available and elevator was operating. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of my studio room and the full kitchen amenities for the low price! Even though I heard a lot of children and talking behind closed doors coming down the hall, I could not hear them once I got into my room. The queen bed was firm and comfortable and I checked it for signs of bedbugs - none! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Decent bare bones facility This is a bare bones facility. Don't expect star levels, and there may be strange smells--but the rooms are decent and seem relatively clean. Offer full kitchens and cable with showtime for a very decent amount

Good for short stay The hotel was good. It was located near my office so that helped. Room service and the hotel folks were courteous. This also has a good internet better than many other hotels. TV has very few channels and kitchen didnt have dish cleaner so we had to buy one
