Will use everytime I visit Richmond The hotel was what I paid for but the hotel staff on our check in went above and beyond. A special "Thanks" to, Sterling, the hotel employee who helped me with a smile even after the 500 questions I asked. He was patient and very kind. If for no other reason I would return for the service that made me feel like I was visiting friends. Way to go Sterling!
Good basic choice for those on a budget This property is a good choice for business travelers on a budget. Positives: wireless internet; kitchen; room layout. Negatives: noise from overhead rooms; not spotlessly clean; daily housekeeping not included in rate. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Overall, I received what I paid for and what I expected.
A LOT OF ROOM FOR THE MONEY GREAT ROOM SPACE FOR THE MONEY. LOVE THE FULL KITCHEN.
A little low Class I've been in a few Studio Plus type hotels and this one needs a face lift. It was adequate for my needs but certainly not spectacular
The room was gross and dogs barking. Hotel needs an upgrade. Bed was hard as a rock. Looks nasty inside. We checked out 15 minutes after we checked in. Would like refund!!

there was drug dealing going on and females showing up for private parties seemed like a rooming place and not a hotel
The place could have been a little more Clinger. It looked like somebody blew the nose on the wall. The TV didn't cooperate. It was leaking, sounds all night long, and when the custodian was outside my bedroom door while I was on the stool 8 AM vacun, the floors, I was so upset, I couldn't even Tell the front desk. I just opened my door and looked right at them. You just shut the door back. You can see it on the camera. My time was 3 PM and the next day to leave at 11 AM.
