Wasnt impressed The bed was hard, Ac unit was noisy, 1st floor room noisy, dark lighting

staff The front desk was on their break at 7:00 pm and we had to wait for them before we could check in, not 1 hair dyer the hotel, ( really), I waited 20 minutes in the room & 20 minutes at the front desk, they NEVER found 1, as we waited once again to check out, their was a Steff member pushing a load chart at 7:30 am down the hall wearing gloves, he then touch the food with the same gloves, said he was locked out & took the room keys out of the Dropbox (still no front desk staff ANYWHERE), oh and the front door was proppe... read more

Unprofessional staffs & not-well maintained Hotel The staffs were unprofessional. They over book the place and give one of our reservation room to others. Asking to speak with manager. Manager weren't able to reach. They couldn't do anything. So we end up had to book another hotel. The hotel is non-well maintained. Cigarettes butts were everywhere inside the hotel. The have very limited amenities. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no phone, no conditioner, no cook wears, no kitchen wears & no house cleaning. It's the worsted w... read more

Nice close to main city Hotel wasn't that good according to the price And staff wasn't friendly I asked for dishes and pan they took forever and phone in the room is not working you can't call the front deck for anything you have to go there and ask for it:((

Free comes at a price. The AC unit sounded like an idling 18 wheeler was sitting in the bedroom with us. Every time anyone on our side of the hotel flushed their toilet you could hear it whooshing through the pipes (loudly) all night long. The blackout curtains blacked out NOTHING as it was daylight in our room all night long (but your parking lot is brighter than the sun all night long). Hellow does anyone work here? It was as if there were no staff working there. The front desk was unattended for hours. No housekeeping to be found. No number to call for help etc. Having to ask for a coffee maker. Not enough linens for the number of family and no help getting for hours after the morning "grooming" times. In the public restroom near lobby I had to clean a lot of urine off seat and the communal soap bar looked like auto mechanics used it before me. Staff almost nonexistent. No housekeeping for our three night stay. Overall experience a little less than average. Definitely ok in a pinch.

DON'T STAY HERE IT WAS AWFUL. BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET SUPPLIES I NEEDED WITH NO ONE AT FRONT DESK. ONE THE POSITIVE SIDE, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
