The staff was very accommodative, I went in earlier than the check-in time and they were very kind enough to let me check in an hour earlier. Until then they provided me with refreshments for free and asked me if I needed anything while I was waiting.
I like the amenities in the room the staff at checking could have been a little more friendly

Nice stay
Items overlooked Two items that were noticed. The bedside sconce didn't work (lightbulb) I guess. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door.
