Only issue was cold shower My only “complaint” was water in shower was luke warm at best. We were on 6th floor so don’t know if that had anything to do with it. I waited a minute before getting in because cold but I had to take the plunge because we needed to leave. It was pretty uncomfortable. By the time I started my final rinse off it started warming up but I had to get out to get ready.

Great Value Very convenient location in Glen Allen , VA. Close to Short Pump, 64/295, and all points in metro Richmond. Have stayed here before. Not a bad deal for price. Comfortable bed, plenty of room, fridge, stove, microwave oven, WiFi, plenty of tv channels, Showtime. Bathroom a bit dated but plenty of hot water, clean and overall a nice safe place to stay.

Kind hearted people and good hospitality I experienced one of the worst nights my life which came to an end around 6am the next morning. I was out in the cold alone and every hotel was tring to charge me an earlier check in fee that was the same as, and at a few, more than the room rate. I finally made it here and as i heard the man say early check in fee i almost couldn't breathe but as i went to turn around and give in to the 28° outside... The man waved the fee for me.
