Dirty floors Check in was good! Once in the room, we immediately noticed a stain on the bedsheet. I was walking around the room barefoot, and when I took a shower, my feet made brown prints. Footies worn in the room were soiled. Cleanliness was an issue!

Security & amenities The entry door was terrible. The key card would not open the lock. Staff had to show me how (it took pulling the door closed and repeatedly inserting card). No hair dryer, no silverware or plates, pans or towels in kitchen. Just a wash cloth- no soap.
Great stay Overall great stay. Good customer service and convenient location. For the money rooms could be more up to date. Being it’s suits appliances should be in the room available to guest we shouldn’t have to go get it from front desk.
Always my first choice when coming into town.

Nice stay
I64 Extended Stay Enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean although some damage to interior had not been taken care of. Toilet paper holder broken and several doors on the cabinet were missing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the exterior walkways and stairways were dirty and with trash.

2.5 stars is fair Probably wouldn't stay there again. Nothing horrible but odd that one of the four drawers was missing. No toilet paper roll holder, discovered the trash can hidden in the cabinet under the sink the last day. Bathroom is incredibly dated but the rest of the room is ok. The floor is a wood laminate which looks nice but not what I'd call clean.
