Useful and Needed Good but offers were made but not honored by chain hotel ie breakfast/kitchen utensils, etc. It is a scam to advertise but not deliver. Let's be honest.

Extended Stay America We checked in on Friday, June 12. Could not get any ice. No ice available. Left room Saturday, June 13 at 10:00 am. Got back at 6:00 pm. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were no wash cloths in the room so we thought we’d get some when they cleaned the room. Went to front desk. Was told they only clean rooms every 2 days. Got wash cloths and an extra pillow and extra blanket. The thermostat didn’t work right. It was very cold in the room for the rest of our stay. Left room on Sunday June 14, at 9:45 am.... read more
