Neck pain!! When arriving in the room there was only one pillow and no remote, I went to the office and asked for another pillow and the staff disappeared to find one and never came back. I went to dinner and came back and stopped at office again to ask again. I was then told they were completely out of clean pillows! I was given a remote but the tv still didn’t work. I understand it is an extended stay so some guests are there longer periods of time, however, I walked by rooms and saw 7-8 pillows on a bed! At some point you... read more

Everything was good and clean. I was a little freaked out by them making the bed while i was gone but I know that is their job.

Basically got what we paid for. Slightly smelly in that it smelled like smoke. Even though it was a non smoking room. Towels were itchy and uncomfortable Tv picture was very fuzzy Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly enough.
