Unsatisfactory Upon checking in, towels and wash cloths that were in the bathroom had fresh dirt stains on them as if they had been stepped on after being cleaned. The water in the shower did not get hot at all, lukewarm at best. Also, the A/C unit was very faulty and did not sustain temperature in the room. Very disappointed with these things which could have easily been prevented or fixed.

The first room they tried to put me in smelled like wet dog and the appliances were rusty (304). After I requested something different they put me in a room that was nice and clean and seemingly updated (366).

Given a non smoking hotel, the first room smelled of heavy smoke. I did get another room and did not smell like smoke until the next am when could smell it coming from bathroom vent. Bath water did not get hot so showering had to be quick and the area needed a deep cleaning especially the shower curtain. Slept comfortably and convenient to shopping and local eats.
