I like the setup of my room. I had a check in issue once I arrived. The staff was unable to find my reservation through you all but I clearly had it on my phone so I was able to show her. I ended up paying again with her that night. Staff never gave me a receipt but just the room key. I walked in the next morning to inquire about a receipt and morning staff told me I needed to pay for my room and then told me never mind within moments of saying so. I booked this hotel b/c it was an extended stay with a kitchen in the room. We got to the hotel late and went to bed. I didn't realize you had to request all the kitchen items for them to be in the room. I worked all day the next day and then got back late. again no silverware/plates or even a coffee pot... It wasn't a big deal but that was the whole reason I booked this hotel. next time I may just book a regular hotel.

Nice place Was a good hotel for the price. 2 queen beds, pillows could have been softer. Overall good location in the far west end of Richmond

The stay was fine as I just needed a place to stay for a night but the tub in the bathroom was still very dirty (mold growing in the grout, little hairs everywhere).
