Went to check in & the key didn't work. Told the staff & they reset the key so when I tried to opened the door again I ended up walking in on a guest that was staying in that room already..
Property has a decent level of cleanliness staff is not really courteous or polite but since interaction is only at check in it’s tolerable. If you book through another service they will try to change your reserved accommodations and act like they didn’t know.
Clean property, good privacy. Staff not very friendly
Felt like an apartment resident. It's large and decorative
Wish there was the option for kitchen utensils. (plates, silverware, glasses and pots & pans)
The location is closer to shopping center. The bed side light was off. I phone number to the office or front desk is not listed anywhere in the room. I told the front desk manager the next day.
