I liked how this hotel was pretty much in the middle of everything. Lots of places to eat and shop.

No mattress on pull out couch incident There was a rough start. We were three in my party. The pull out sofa did not have a mattress and I was told over the phone that there were no mattresses in the hotel. I went to a face to face with the clerk. He had to come to the room. I asked: " would you sleep on these metal bars?" Ten minutes later, we had a mattress. The clerk had to clean the sofa. They had not clean or or vaccumed under it for months. breakfast was only beverage and prepackaged muffins/ bars Check in was a mess. Reservation wasn't there. Thought it was orbitz problem, but later heard others having problems. Air conditioning did not work on last night-took an hour for them to get us moved to another room

This was just for a quick getaway. The room was cozy, it was very quiet, and it made sleep so peaceful
