Our rooms were so filthy we asked for an immediate refund after check in. There were several people loitering and smoking outside our room which caused smoke to come in. It didn't feel safe. There was trash and cigarette butts littering the pathways.

Disappointing room This room was below standards of a hotel room. It had blood stains on the carpet and the sink. Highly disappointed in the condition of the room.

While the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, the room smelled of smoke, there were mildew stains in the fridge, we discovered roaches in the bathroom and the room was generally very poor. The A/C did work and the bed was passable. We were reserved for 3 nights but checked out after the first to change hotels.

First room window was broken something was blocking door to be able to unlock it and it smelled of smoke! second room better but no hot water first night dirty towels and wash clothes nothing to replace them no hair dryer so shampoo or conditioner!

The first room that we were given had a broken door. When we went to enter, we noticed that the door was open. We got the office staff as we didnt want to enter as it seemed unsafe. After the room was checked, the staff left and we tried to close the door. It wouldn't close or lock. We had to get the office staff again and they gave us a different room. The room is very small and one of the towels had hair in bedded in it. Will not return nor recommend.
