Worst experience I was not able to stay even though I had a reservation and I was charged. I called the hotel and they are telling me they can't issue a refund contact hotels.com. I contact hotels.com they are telling me to call the hotel. Worst experience ever!

Absolute worst service in my professional life. They failed to honor my reservation and made no effort to rectify their mistake. To make matters Extended Stay would not make any attempt to assist us in finding any rooms at suster hotels. Excuse was they gave away my room and other rooms were out of service due to roach infestation. Do not stay there under any circumstance.

My room was in poor condition. The toilet didn’t work, not a trash can in site, and the night stand was barely in tact. Should not have been rented out in the first place.

Not the best The pee smell outside the building greets you as you park to check in. Guys smoking right next to the "thank you for not smoking within 100 ft from the main entrance " sign continues the experience. The smell of old cigarette smoke in the room is infused in the carpet. No trash can in the room or a bathroom. Had to bag my trash and take it outside. Had to come back for a checkout since there was nobody at the front desk. Liked a tall fridge, there was no oven. I was very upset staying at this property The check in experience was very bad and Unprofessional the room was very nasty and dirty hair was everywhere in the bathroom no trash cans it was just bad
