Poor experience I request to speak to a manager. I have reserved the hotel in advanced for a show due to out of town travel. Open check in the personnel working could not find my reservation and did offer any support or accommodations. I specifically showed him what was reserved and in my app. Totally, messed up my visit and had no options to stay due to the latest of the show.

The room as old and run down. Outside the room was noisy and also there were roaches inside the room

I booked a room at 1 AM. I had to wait until someone got there at 9 AM. Room was completely filled with roaches. If I didn’t have anywhere to stay during the snowstorm, I would’ve requested a refund and made it a big deal. I left all my clothes and items in the car. The roaches were so bad they were infested in the bathroom and crawling on the wall during the daytime.

Not a Extended stay more like a run down shack. This hotel looks nothing like the photos, it run down with a lot of broken amenities. There was no one in the office after 10 pm for various reasons this is very concerning. I have stayed at many extended stays and this was the absolute worst. Oh I forgot to mention the dog size rats running all across the property.

Thank you for the review . Hotel is converted select suites on august and website also updated . We open at 9am on weekdays and weekend we open at 10am . Someone always stayed at the hotel . Guest needs to called at the hotel number and someone always here to help 24/7. My concern for guest name was Anonymous that was unacceptable. If you're looking for a quality place for this price, this is not it. All of the appliances and bathroom things were dirty and had stains ALL over them. There were at least 5 shady people standing around the parking lot and several sitting in their cars smoking weed. The door to the outside had a massive inch or 2 gap on the bottom that let a gust of air in all night. But, no bugs anywhere, including the bed, and the shower was fine to use.
