Filthy! Try his place was filthy! I had to run out of there there were bugs everywhere, even on the walls! The place was completely run down, cabinets were falling apart, mold or dirt in the ceiling vents, whatever it that black stuff on it was! .I need my money back.

This place needs a big renovations. It is run down. The check-in lobby smells like Weed. The non smoking room smells like cigarrete and weed. The place looks dirty. The bathroom looks super old and rusty. I’m very dissapointed.

A lot of cockroach and mosquito were there. When hotel room was alloted proper cleaning was not done. Even after complaints raised for cockroach and mosquito no action was taken from them. Worst hotel i ever stayed.

Très décevant Séjour horrible ,chambre très sale , sol qui colle , matelas pour les enfants taché, une chaise pour 4 , personnel absent régulièrement à la réception , porte qui ne fonctionne pas toujours, traces des précédents occupants dans la salle de bain et j'en passe .... Je ne recommande pas cet endroit qui ressemble plus à un dortoir d'autoroute qu'à un hôtel 😮‍💨

I booked and prepaid on Expedia. When I arrived, I was told the phone lines were down and they could not honor my reservation. I am STILL waiting for them to communicate with Expedia so I can receive a refund!

Hmmmmmm..... Roaches and bugs. Hole in the ceiling. Loud children walking around the property. Chairs and bikes claiming parking spots. Families sitting outside in chairs talking loudly late at night. The front staff was very nice and addressed the issues. However, we couldn't change rooms at all during our two-night stay because they said they didn't have any available (after they said that we could). Disappointed The first room which we were given smelled like an ashtray, despite multiple signs that the hotel was non-smoking. Although the front desk was accommodating and moved us to another room the second room was not much better. The smell of cigarettes lingered, the floor were sticky, and it appears that the soap bars in the bathroom were re-sealed instead of brand new. It was definitely not what you would expect when paying over $100 per night. This hotel gave off the reminiscence of a motel on a side of the highway.
