After a very long day of travel we were advised they did not have our reservation as it was moved to another one of their properties as they did not have 2 beds as per our request. We had to go to another one of their hotels, which was close but not the point after a long day of driving!
There were dead roaches in the drawers and refrigerator. Carpet was not vacuumed. The bath towels had stains on them. This location needs a renovation.
Noisy telephones wasn’t not working room was extremely dirty
Run down Property needs a complete renovation & fresh beds and a professional cleaning crew!
The towels and pillow cases were dirty. There was pizza left in the trash from the person before. No toliet paper in the bathroom. The first room smelled like dog pee. There were roaches in the shower. Disgusting stay!!!
Clean the rooms and bathrooms and change bed sheets
I stayed about 3 hours before i checked out. Just felt uncleanness. Stains in tub on sheets. Just couldnt do it.
Filthy Roach Infested Place Nasty, Roach Infested, Filthy, Unsanitary Place. Stay Away! Price Baiting and change Place.
