Dog feces ooutside my room door for 2 days now, i have a broken chair and asked to get it fixed or replaced,said they would but did not. And my bathroom sink bately trickles water

Upon arrival, learned from a piece of paper tacked up in the lobby that breakfast is no longer available. Room was dingy, cabinetry in rough shape, refrigerator had rust. Bathtub had mold in the usual spots (under soap dish, etc.). Smoke detector battery was beeping low, but to their credit they replaced it within an hour or so. Microwave was clean, bed was simple, but comfortable, and clean.

Room very outdated, dirty in places. Missing smoke alarms. Room had smell of stale cigarette smoke

My Mistake Lost Customer I accidentally booked the wrong day and didn't realize it until I received an email from Hotels.com asking me how my check-in was, then I realized I accidentally booked the wrong day, which was my mistake. I originally had a hotel room booked for the dates I needed but then then venue area changed so I need to cancel that one and rebook a new one closer to where I needed to be.
