The shower was leaking from the side so everything on the outside got wet, toilet paper, floor, etc even from the curtain being closed, as soon as you walked it it smelt like smoke even being a non smoking room, and the water wasnt that hot. The room wasnt that bad overall just wasnt as decent as the pictures came off to be as well as in a very well area. Wouldnt stay here again.

The room's door did not work correctly. There was still trash in the room from a prior occupant. It was a non-smoking facility but had cigarette butts scattered around.

Don’t ever book at the at this hotel paid through hotels.com. Went to check no one was at the front desk …. Stood there for 20 minutes 3 other people came none of us were able to check called and the manager said there is nothing she could do…. Don’t ever stay at the Extended Stay in Richmond.

This was not a good experience. I booked a king suite. They only had a queen & the sheets had holes in them. The room was not very clean. The condition of the room/kitchen was very outdated & there were no pots, pans, silverware nor dishes. Trying to get hot water the next morning in the lobby & there was black stuff floating all in the water. Disliked property very much & when i asked for a rate adjustment because i didn’t get a king suite, i was told i couldn’t get one bc i had paid in full already ??? Really ??? They did ... read more

Multiple emails sent with no response. Mold on the shower and shower curtain. No room service. Filthy air coming from vent and ceiling is black around vent. Bathroom vent did not work. Odor of marijuana every night. One ceiling vent missing cover, full of dust. I want a refund for this room. This is beyond awful.

Penalized for someone else As we arrived before check in time, they had us wait 30 minutes to clean a room that can be available to us as we had our pet and had nowhere else to go to wait 2 hours with a carload of things. We have stayed at this hotel before with no issues for 5 years now. I checked out the day after Christmas and found $250 additional charge assuming we smoked in the room and due to there being smoke.
