Not what I expected I thought by the pictures the hotel would be comfortable for the few days I was here for. But it really wasn’t. Checking in was fine with no problem but when I got into the room, that was another story. First thing was to check the bed and make sure it looked good. Comforter was white and had stains on it, same with the sheets which also had a cut in it. Checked the bathroom next and all looked fine until I looked inside the sink and on the counter. Dated When we arrived the police were arresting someone where you pull into the hotel. Check in was easy. The room was dated, hard bed, gross kitchen. Then at 11pm when we were sound asleep the fire alarms went off in all the rooms!! Fire dept came, knocked on all of our doors...no clue why the ear piercing alarm was going off....last of all the deadbolt lock didn't match up with the hole in the door frame, so we couldn't lock the deadbolt.....

The hotel was horrible. There was mold in the bathroom, they didn’t empty the trash in the bathroom before I checked in, the door was loose, and the freezer was dirty. It could also use some upgrades.

When I got there the front desk clerk ask my name look up it up gave me a key then started talking to his coworker I asked him where was the room he told me make a right it’s on the opposite side. I left and rode around the hotel twice before finding the room. I got inside no pots,pans, dishes or utensils. The bathroom vanity door was off and the tub had mold and rust around the seal, the sink was also dirty or rusted. The refrigerator had rust on the outside and nets. The carpet very dirty. When I got to the hotel they refused to allow me to check in even though I had reserved my room a month in advance. I had asked for a king accessible room because I was having surgery They didn't have any available so they try to put me in a two queen room There was no door handles a stove didn't work the fridge didn't work I paid more a night then what they have listed on their site there for used to give me my money back Expedia refused to give me my money back I am currently seeking a refund from my bank
