Booked this property due to the breakfast included and there was not breakfast at all they should update this information. We booked 2 rooms 3 months prior when we got there they said they only had one available. The rooms where terrible sheets were dirty everything was dirty and smell like smoke mixed with something dead and mold. Very disappointed

This place is not somewhere you want to stay. The first room given to me was completely dirty, went into the office and they gave me a different room and that room wasn't a king mattress like I reserved. Also still smelled of smoke even though it was marked a non smoking room. After the first night I found small Roaches all over the kitchen the next morning. *I had no food in the room either*. no drinking cups in the room; unfriendly staff; strange address (not really on Broad Street); rusty, pitted bathroom accessories; toilet not elderly friendly

Booked through Expedia and when checking in was told they had no rooms that it was over booked. Then had to deal with getting up with Expedia to get my money back. A huge hassle!
