Stay Away from Extended Stay Richmond!! The first room had a door that wouldn’t lock! The kitchen was disgusting, no burner covers. The bathroom was moldy The second room was dirty, found previous guests trash in dresser drawer! Bathroom dirty. No extra toilet paper. No blanket in the closet.Had to ask for towels. Filthy bathtub!! No blow dryer… when I called desk I was told if your room doesn’t have one then you don’t have one!! Don’t Go Here I think they are trying to charge my card more money when I paid through this app. We’ll see. It’s been a mess and you can’t get in touch with front desk on phone to talk with anyone.

The room was uninhabitable, as far as we were concerned. The tub was covered in mold, doors were hanging off cupboards and there was rotting food in the refrigerator when we arrived. We left after seeing our room and did not stay here and Orbitz very thankfully refunded my account.

My room had lock issues from the start but management assured me the fixed them. When I checked in, my "fresh" blanket had cigarette burns on it. During my time there we had cockroaches visit our room daily. And that broken lock that was fixed? Well on my last day there I returned after being gone all day to find my door was completely open to anyone, lock fully broken. Manager spent 2 hours replacing it as I tried to eat my dinner while holding my dog as he worked on it for 2 hours with the door open. He said it was all fix... read more

1 star The staff was very rude. Communication was off. There was no manger to handle the bigger business issues.

Poor customer service. Room was not ready on time. Bed was not made. Trash was on table

The price was reasonable for the area. There was lots of trash underneath the bed.

I made reservations for a 2 night stay and when I went to check in they told me there was no rooms available. So I asked them to refund me my money and they did initially but just now recharged the $290 and they shouldn't have because I never stayed at this hotel.

Will not stay here again!!! This was the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at the room was dirty the shower curtain was moldy along the bottom and walkway outside smelled like urine!
