no drinking cups in the room; unfriendly staff; strange address (not really on Broad Street); rusty, pitted bathroom accessories; toilet not elderly friendly
Booked through Expedia and when checking in was told they had no rooms that it was over booked. Then had to deal with getting up with Expedia to get my money back. A huge hassle!
Property did not have a plunger, I asked for 2 days, but to no avail.
My rooms had bugs and my bed was broke. Room 301 and 309
Stained sheets When I checked in my room, i always pull back covers to check sheets...bed bugs stains etc. When I pulled back the sheets in this room...it looked like shyt stains !!!! I went back to office and they gave me another room. My boy was in another room and witness a roach climbing the wall!!
