Stained sheets When I checked in my room, i always pull back covers to check sheets...bed bugs stains etc. When I pulled back the sheets in this room...it looked like shyt stains !!!! I went back to office and they gave me another room. My boy was in another room and witness a roach climbing the wall!!
Stay Away from Extended Stay Richmond!! The first room had a door that wouldn’t lock! The kitchen was disgusting, no burner covers. The bathroom was moldy The second room was dirty, found previous guests trash in dresser drawer! Bathroom dirty. No extra toilet paper. No blanket in the closet.Had to ask for towels. Filthy bathtub!! No blow dryer… when I called desk I was told if your room doesn’t have one then you don’t have one!! Don’t Go Here I think they are trying to charge my card more money when I paid through this app. We’ll see. It’s been a mess and you can’t get in touch with front desk on phone to talk with anyone.
The room was uninhabitable, as far as we were concerned. The tub was covered in mold, doors were hanging off cupboards and there was rotting food in the refrigerator when we arrived. We left after seeing our room and did not stay here and Orbitz very thankfully refunded my account.
My room had lock issues from the start but management assured me the fixed them. When I checked in, my "fresh" blanket had cigarette burns on it. During my time there we had cockroaches visit our room daily. And that broken lock that was fixed? Well on my last day there I returned after being gone all day to find my door was completely open to anyone, lock fully broken. Manager spent 2 hours replacing it as I tried to eat my dinner while holding my dog as he worked on it for 2 hours with the door open. He said it was all fix... read more
1 star The staff was very rude. Communication was off. There was no manger to handle the bigger business issues.
Poor customer service. Room was not ready on time. Bed was not made. Trash was on table
