NEVER AGAIN The hotel was very disappointing. My reservations was canceled, we had to go and ask for the silver ware, pots and pans for the room. My neice cut her finger on a broken toilet cover.

The receptionist could not find our reservation based upon my name. I had to find the confirmation number (not included on your email) and check in that way. There was trash piled up in the hallways, the rooms were not properly cared for and our room reeked of smoke, even though it was nonsmoking. I would never stay here again. I’ve had good luck with extended stays as well, but not this one.

This was a trip out of a bad movie. It started with the location cancling my reservation and charging me full price on the sly. Mistake of not it does not look good. I was given a room and no one had cleaned it. There was human excrement on the bed and the room was destroyed. We were given a new room where the plumbing would not drain. People were fixing cars in the parking lot at night. Just a very run down hotel. It would be nice if it was maintained but it appears the owners just gave up. Look elsewhere Does not look like the pictures. I thought this would be a decent hotel to stay in after driving 12 hours and it was not clean, there was leftover garbage from the last guests who stayed there. The bathroom light wouldn’t work so I called to tell the lobby. He said he’d give us another room. When I went down there he said they were sold out that he would give me a discount to stay in that room. I did get a $30 discount but I would not recommend staying here. False advertising crap hole It had a kitchen, that is why we rented it, because my dad was going to be in the hospital for awhile, I called before I reserved it and I asked the guy did we need to bring our own dishes and if it had a coffee pot,mind you we were traveling from another state, he told me they wasn’t kept in the room but when I got here and got to the room just call the office and they would bring it to our room, so whenI got here to check in, I asked the guy, so do I just call y’all then when I get to the room f... read more
