In the first 4 hours we were there. Fire alarm went off twice, saw a drug deal go down, and the elevator went out.

WORST HOTEL EVER! NIGHTMARE! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! It's like they took a crack motel and stamped it "Extended Stay". Description says, "coffee maker, cookware, dishware and utensils" yet NOTHING was there. My booking was for 3 nights. We stayed 1 night and canceled the rest. My credit card was overcharged. People were hanging out in the breezeways like they were doped up. Bottom Barrel The hotel room was comfy, however I they don’t have an official lobby, and the only way to call someone for the office is to use their phone in the middle of the hotel. Then for my bathroom, the suit was fully clogged with urine and feces and wasn’t cleaned before I got there. Overall a 3/10 experience and probably wouldn’t recommend.

Please stay away from this facility. .We reserved 2 rooms & arrive to find out they overbooked. Went downhill after that. Absolutely horrible.

This place is disgusting! I found a cockroach on my pillow! Expedia contacted the hotel when Imcomplained and left it up to me to negotiate on getting my money back. The hotel offered to move me to a different but refused to refund me for the night. I will never go back nor will I ever use Expedia again!
