Disgusting smell! This hotel emitted an odor I cannot describe. If I could have cancelled the stay, I would have and I will never stay there again. This is a $29 per night hotel, not a $100. Shame on hotels.com for not vetting these places first.

First off we went into the room and nothing was clean and there was blood across the floors and 10/10 would never go back

Unsafe neighborhood We needed a hotel in SLC to fly out the next day. This hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood and felt unsafe. It was clean but would not recommend this property. You get toilet paper and soap and that's it.

Horrible service We made reservations at 9:30 pm not planning this trip. We got there at 10:30 pm. No one was there to check us in. We had to pay for another hotel just to have a place to stay. I tried emailing the hotel and no one responded.
