They didn't have our rooms that we reserved. We could only get a single bedroom instead of double bed. Don't know what they're going to charge us for it. The rooms didn't have everything they're supposed to like even just a remote for the TV there were burn marks in the bathrooms sink and it was just not maintained at all

Just Don’t I checked in because nobody else had rooms at this price point. The rooms have all of the amenities as advertised. What they don’t tell you is that the rooms are sticky, smell of cigarettes despite the hotel being smoking free. They didn’t change the sheets on one of the beds. This contributed to the smell along with the pubic hairs All over the place. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower had a layer of grime and filth. Way below in any area. Funky metal army style bed frame, backfllow septic smell, lobby had second locked door to access rooms?, must be safe?, special police parking at door, 1 end table? Worn out everything, elevator needs sweeping, clients looked Section 8, not a value at any price.

Terrible Hotel gave away our reservation then told us too bad.. and tried to run my card anyway. when speaking with another hotel trying to find a new room i was informed that i was at least the 4th person he had talked to that night that had the same thing happen

Just Don't I don't think words can describe this place. Maybe go in and look around before you pay. The check in process was awful because the phone on the wall was poorly constructed so when you pressed 1 for an attendant, it would hang up the call. After 20 minutes of that, someone from corporate found the attendant and I was able to check in. There was a smell.
