Don’t Do It Roaches Roaches Roaches.. cut the light on they came out running, in the shower on the tv on the walls on the tv stand they was some crawling on my clothes ,,, disgusting! I got a refund and found another room to stay at

Roach in infested I had a weekend business trip and decided to stay at this establishment and I am living to regret it. First off my room looked nothing like what's advertised it small and not clean lint was over the floor and roaches where every where. There wasn't anyone working the fromt desk after hours to give notice to about the condition of the room. + Staff was friendly. - Website allowed me to book a non smoking room and all they had available within 12 minutes of booking was a smoking room. Made it hard to breathe, left in the middle of the night to sleep in my car so I could breathe better. On top of that, I had to wait 23 minutes to get someone on the phone in the lobby just to check in. What a waste of almost $100 dollars!!!

The walls were paper thin. Some other guests decided to play loud music at 3 am

I really only liked the staff. They were nice, what I didn’t like I ordered a room non smoking with 2 beds in 2 weeks advance, when I got there all they had was a smoking room. I ordered non smoking for a reason, my fiancé has really bad asthma and can’t be in a room or around someone who smokes. So my experience was horrible. My reservation was cancelled by Chantel who spoke with her manager. I better not get charged for such poor service.

The property was Ghetto Had to pay to get towels they dont have housekeeping so no new sheets the entire time had to get switched to a new room because the one we had curtains was hard to let down and was roaches in that room beds are very little full size towels had stains this is a low budget horrible hotel that just happens to be in a kind of good area of shreveport,la then my card was charged for what i still dont know bad experience they never have to worry about my service
