Unfavorable place to stay. Dated building, unable to pay cash policy ridiculous, baggage cart needs some mechanics love, no ice machine, room was dirty.

There were signs of bed bugs and we found feces on the bed skirt. We left immediately, it was so disgusting.

Fitted bed sheet had stains on it where you’d sleep. Pieces of food on the kitchen floor. Hair left from someone else on bathroom floor and on carpet-longer black hair. People above us were noisy until past 2 am-this was a Tuesday night.

The rooms we not cleaned properly ( dirty dishes left in the room ) Another night there were items left from the last guest was in the drawers The rooms smelled

It was nice that it had a kitchen but it was not well cleaned at all! The first room had blood in the sheets and the sheets hadn’t been changed and the room smelled like cooked fish!!!!!☹️ The desk clerk gave me air freshener to spray in the room!! Then when I pulled the sheets back there was blood on them and they had not been changed!

I understand it was a Notre Dame football weekend and understand supply and demand but charging $300 a night for this hotel is outrageous. The rooms are very dated and had a funky smell to it. Asked for extra towels and pillows and was told that they were all out. The breakfast definitely was not a breakfast it was granola bars and some muffins.

Mishawaka Trip in October 2019 Basic hotel room, no coffee, water or cups. No breakfast supplied. Over priced for use.

The room smelled like pot even though there is "No Smoking" signs posted on every room. Not only did the room smell like pot but the entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke as well.
