Now way Never again How does this even have 3 stars. Absolute the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s was a coin flip to stay in the room or go sleep in my truck.
I arrived with 3 children around 11:00 p.m. I was afraid to get out of my vehicle. I did get out there was people whom had been drinking at the entrance door so intoxicated they could not sit up! Bottle of different whiskey all around. Soon another lady walked out to this person and began making out. A couple in the parking lot are arguing LOUDLY!! I’m not going to pile on because the hotel does serve the community. That said, it was very bare as far as hotels go. My wife was going to meet me there because she was at a concert and I told her not to get out of her car until I came and got her, because I felt it was unsafe. After going to dinner I told her to just go home after her concert (where our air conditioning had gone out in 90-100 temps) I may be overthinking this, but she might have cried when she got to the room. Worst Hotel in NWA By far the worst motel in the area! Overbooked with beds worse than a pull out couch mattress! Walls and ceilings carry sounds 2 rooms over and above. Had to check out the next morning and change to a different hotel because we were literally up allnight from the loud sounds and uncomfortable bed. Paid for three nights with the 100% refundable policy of the motel and requested a refund from the motel for the two nights not stayed.
