I should have read reviews before, the staff was non existent, the hallway was dirty and smelly, the room was not cleaned, makeup on the bathroom counter, the door handle was coming off. The bed was terrible and worn out. I will not be back. I did sleep there and the shower was ok.

We booked three rooms and all three were dirty and smelled horrible.

waited 30 minutes on someone to arrive to desk due to smoking in the parking lot. Uncomfortable and unclean

This is a tenement not a Hotel. A lot, I mean a lot of people live here and they normally would be homeless. I think they have a few rooms held back to rent for a weekend when the Razorback's play football. I took it because they were the only hotel not sold out. Would not stay here again and Expedia should have a disclaimer on the site as a very, very, very last resort.

After arriving at this property, I quickly decided that I could not stay there. Even though my reservation said non refundable, I fully expect this company to refund my money. No where in the description did it include, dirty, smelly rooms with a drug use atmosphere. I did not try and complain with the staff, as I knew there would be nothing they could have done. I had to find another room for the weekend for the safety of myself and daughter.

The place was nasty. Rooms had holes in the wall and the bathroom door was missed up. Tv did not work
