Go somewhere else Service was good and friendly. However the hotel itself smelled awful. The room was sub par as far as cleanliness and amenities. There was a man in the hotel elevator who openly admitted to selling drugs and was doing so in the hotel. People arguing outside in hotel parking lots at 1 o’clock in the morning. Environment was awful. I strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

I booked this property for my daughter to stay at while getting treatment locally. She began noticing drug deals in the parking lot, police were called several times and she was sure there were drug dealers living there...even tho check-in paperwork stated it was not allowed to be a permanent residence!! As the weather cooled COCKROACHES moved in by the hundreds. When I came and checked her out I complained to the front desk I told them I would not be giving a favorable review. Their response was "sorry!"

DO NOT STAY HERE Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, it is listed online as a non-smoking hotel. It’s not. The entire building wreaks of cigarette smoke. Secondly, they allow pets, which ideally, would be fine, however; the elevator smells of urine, and our room at the same awful smell. Our room was dirty when we checked in, the floors were sticky, and the trim in the room was falling apart everywhere. Bad hotel. Well when we first Opened the door to the room we saw nothing but cockroaches running around the room. At first the manager did not want to help us so we had to go to Walmart to buy bug spray. Then they charged me twice as much as what was quoted by Hotels.com.

It was the worst experience I have ever had staying anywhere. When we checked in as we were leaving 2 get our bags I heard several people complaining that they had found dead and live cockroaches in their rooms and they were leaving. We inspected ever inch of our room did not find anything except little black bugs. So we went to the local store a bought some bug killer. We treated our room. Only to come back to the room that night with 2 live cockroaches. We took one up to show the front desk. The person said "oh yes we know... read more

the smell was terrible in the hall, room is clean, very cheap linens, towels very old & thin, your staff need more help managing the place, only one person, checking people in and out, he has to answer phone and trying to work at the same time, I only stay there because of family funeral and all the hotel in the area are booked, it's not worth the $125.00 per night.A lot of noise early in the morning.
