I understand they are for long term stays but they do not offer anything not even a coffee pot. They aren’t very clean. The halls needed to be vacuumed and it smells horrible

The elevator didn't work properly so took forever on it also they were remodeling the whole place so that was loud hectic and none resting

Non-smokers be warned- do NOT stay here Read reviews people.... I did NOT. Sadly had to remove myself and find another hotel same night. Arriving in XNA after a 19hr flight I looked forward to a shower and comfortable bed. I checked in with no issues. Staff are nice. But once I entered the building (hotel has double doors) I smelled smoke and figured it might be guests who are smoking in a dedicated area. Go somewhere else Service was good and friendly. However the hotel itself smelled awful. The room was sub par as far as cleanliness and amenities. There was a man in the hotel elevator who openly admitted to selling drugs and was doing so in the hotel. People arguing outside in hotel parking lots at 1 o’clock in the morning. Environment was awful. I strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

I booked this property for my daughter to stay at while getting treatment locally. She began noticing drug deals in the parking lot, police were called several times and she was sure there were drug dealers living there...even tho check-in paperwork stated it was not allowed to be a permanent residence!! As the weather cooled COCKROACHES moved in by the hundreds. When I came and checked her out I complained to the front desk I told them I would not be giving a favorable review. Their response was "sorry!"

DO NOT STAY HERE Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, it is listed online as a non-smoking hotel. It’s not. The entire building wreaks of cigarette smoke. Secondly, they allow pets, which ideally, would be fine, however; the elevator smells of urine, and our room at the same awful smell. Our room was dirty when we checked in, the floors were sticky, and the trim in the room was falling apart everywhere.
