First night was fine. Second night woke up the next day no hot water. I was told both boilers went out. I told the front desk I don’t plan on ever staying here again

The non-smoking room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The room was filthy. We did not stay we slept in our car.

They couldn’t serve continental breakfast or coffee due to “covid”. TV in our room didn’t work. No pool.

NO LOCALS ALLOWED **kids can sleep in the car!!** They do not have it mentioned or posted ANYWHERE that they have a new policy that locals are not allowed to stay. I explained our house fire and need for a place to stay and they turned us away and when monday rolls around they STILL charged our account for the full price. We tried to get them to make an exception but they would rather let our kids sleep in our car because we did not have someone who had an ID from out of town. It was a decent place to sleep..... my shower was a mess with little to no hot water the first night, curtain all wrapped up weird and hair in the tub. Pillows were flat as pancakes and bed linens were super thin.

No ice maker, hallways were filthy like they have never been vacummed. AND- our room was not cleaned, bed had hair and crumbs in it. No kitchen towlels or extra toilet paper. Had to move rooms. THEN - I had already paid through Orbitz and they charged me again. 3 calls and still waiting to hear on my refund

The smell was unpleasant, the key did not work after I held it near my phone. The washer and dryers did work.

Pain and Suffering This is the absolute worst hotel i have ever had to deal with while I have been doing business with hotels.com. i needed a place to stay due to my housing being renovated and i could stay with a friend but not until saturday evening.
