This is a bad chain of hotels. Booked through hotels.com ($125 on a Wednesday night). Reception had us wait another 20 minutes for our room “so it could get through the system”. No ice machine. Bathrooms used this material with a finish that looks like boogers are smeared all over it. I suspect they use this is so cleaning gets to be less than thorough. Beds were springy. The property was clean and there is no carpet do is nice for pet friendly but the sheets were so HARD i thought i was going to run skin off! Not the best for sleeping with an 8 month old

Not great When we arrived, no one was in the lobby. We yelled until a house keeper finally came and went to find a check in person. They finally came to check us in. Next we got to the suite snd realized we needed dishes, so we called down to get some but couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I had to go down and find someone. Then carry it all up myself but they did give me all I asked fir. Plates, spoons, forks, extra shampoo and a couple razors as I had forgotten to bring one. Paid for 2 nights but got refunded for the 2nd night because they put me in a handicap room… It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.. couldn’t sleep or anything.

HORRIBLE STAY We went on vacation, and I will Never stay at this hotel again! The bed was rock hard, and really hurt my back. I told the manager of this and he did nothing except give me another flat blanket to try and lay on. I was so glad to check out and go home to finally rest! We will NEVER stay at this location again-they lost all our business.

no hair dryer ,no printer to print receipt, didn't receive one by e mail
