Disappointed Bathtub water runs all the time. Toilet needed plunged first morning. Cabinet doors in kitchenette fell off upon opening!

They suck! I’ve stayed at extended stay in kc extensively and I like the brand. So when I needed a room for one night in Springfield where I live during a house move i was looking forward to their comfortable bed for a good might sleep. But when I presented my drivers license I was told that they don’t allow local business. I was turned away. And yet they charged me for the room! Probably the last time I will ever stay at this brand!

This room was terrible. The walls had been patched from holes and the furniture was chipped. Phone looked like it came from the dollar store and lamps flickered when you turned them on. Furniture was dirty. A curtain was hung to cover the closet. Location is sketchy and I was scared to my vehicle was going to get broken into. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was nice. The hotel smelled of weed and cigarettes. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

You get what you pay for It smelled of stale smoke. I was too tired to complain, to be honest. We checked in after 11 pm. The carpet was stained badly. It was just not what I expected. Very run down.

They wouldn’t let me stay there. I had Recently moved to a different state and my license had my old address. Even though I had Stayed there numerous times

Had to call customer service to get someone to show up at the front desk after waiting close to an hour. The front desk person was rude so left and stayed at the hotel down the street.
