Staff was great but facilities were below my low expectations. The accommodations were subpar, best. Have stayed at the other property in Springfield and it was much nicer. Also, once I got home I looked at the charge made by the hotel and it was $20 more than the amount I was given upon booking. I didn’t notice at the time or would have said something. I woke up to water all over my room the parking lot. the entry level. that dogs are on all the floors so they are barking right off hwy

Fair You could hear everything your neighbors did Price was exceptional, however I booked online and got charged twice. Still waiting on the refund 3 days later. 144 2 nights online just to be charged an additional 165 at hotel. Staff was Friendly, and it was very clean. However, if you missed out out on the college dorm experience you can totally get that here.

Bad I was double charged. Everything reeked of cigarettes. The room was pretty disgusting. Not much. It was pretty nasty.
