This hotel is a complete dumpster fire Waited 30 minutes at front desk to check in. No body present. Other hotel staff ignoring front desk. I asked for help getting an attendant to man the desk and the laundry staff literally walked away without any verbal response. Used phone to call and the front desk attendant left their phone at the desk. I canceled my stay in the hallway waiting for someone to show up. Existing guests came up front looking for staff and they said this was typical that i need to find a new place to stay.... read more

Wasn’t happy did not have a tv that worked, WiFi or the microwave. Room wasn’t cleaned. Staff not helpful Location Was worst experience I’ve had

Bad Was given the wrong room had to wait an extra hour and 45 minutes to get a room, staff tried their hardest to make it right but then the room next to us was smoking and drinking and banging on walls till cops had to be called at 2am. Staff was friendly and tried their best to make things right.

Bad The booking site said it was a 2 room suite obviously it was not booking site said there was internet you charged for it there was no one available on site from 10pm until after I checked out at 8am my TV didn't work and there is no way 2 adults can sleep on a full size bed Absolutely nothing
