Bad No one was available when we got there. Another couple had been waiting 20 min. We are getting a refund.

Fair Took an hour to get checked into after booking & paying online. Then tv didn’t work so I had to move rooms. Pet friendly & close to lots of restaurants/shopping etc.

My stay was terrible for 1 night. The bed, the cleaning, all of it! I won’t be staying here again unfortunately!! This hotel was absolutely disgusting from the moment we walked in and there was no helper then the lady they called was very rude! We stayed 1 night. Room smelt so bad and was so gross we kept all our clothes on and didn’t shower and use anything. You can’t get no sleep if you wanted because people run the halls and the front desk doesn’t care!!

Bad Bathroom door handle was broke and got locked in. No remote for the TV. They wouldn't move us to a different room. Terrible customer service. If you get Lottie good luck. She's rude af. Never going there again. Plus bonus call to corporate.
Bad I have reported it a Few times now. to Booking com. And All I Got was an Empty promise from Your agent and left to sleep out in a snow storm in 3-4 ft of snow. I am a Disabled High risk patient. That was Inhumane with No Shelters open and No where to go and I Paid. I am Not Guilty of smoking in the room.
